U.S. News & World Report, the global authority in rankings and consumer advice, recently recognized Bread Financial as a top employer, naming it to the 2024-2025 U.S. News Best Companies to Work For list. The ratings provide job seekers a detailed look at public companies in a variety of industries based on factors such as quality of pay and benefits, work-life balance and flexibility, job and company stability, physical and psychological comfort, belongingness and esteem, and career opportunities and professional development. In June, Bread Financial was recognized as a leader in retirement solutions by PLANSPONSOR, the trusted information and solutions resource for America’s retirement benefits decision makers. Taking home the award in the category for corporate defined contribution (DC) plans with $500 million to $1 billion in the plan, the honor recognized the significant strides Bread Financial made toward enhancing retirement outcomes for its associates in 2023.
