To enhance system monitoring, we have deployed tailored IT Command Center (ITCC) dashboards and expanded our ITCC's role in cloud operations for faster incident response. We have also improved our incident management by insourcing core functions to enhance operational control and launching a framework to identify recurring issues before they escalate.
Operationally, our Care Center is fully prepared. We upgraded our knowledge management tool with AI technology allowing our Care associates to provide more efficient support. Additionally, we made interactive voice response (IVR) enhancements to streamline customer interactions.
